2009/2010 ANNUAL REPORT:

This Section held bimonthly noontime meetings, providing members with lunch, followed by a short business meeting and an interesting speaker. It continued to publish its twiceyearly newsletter, Pearls of Wisdom. The Section bestowed its “Senior Lawyer of the Year” award upon the Honorable Frank E. Cicone at a special dinner held in May. It will present a program at MSBA’s Annual Meeting.

PURPOSES:

The purposes of this Section are to uphold the honor of the Profession of law, to apply the knowledge and experience of the profession to the promotion of the public good, to instill in younger members of the Bar the ethical standards of the profession, to provide to the members of the Section speakers and information on timely topics and to encourage social interaction among the members of the Section.
